The Gaggero family has been running and developing the Bland Group since 1891, through four generations. The company actually began in 1810, when Marcus Henry Bland founded a shipping agency in Gibraltar.
The evolution of The Bland Group over 200 years is both unique and remarkable. It currently consists of 16 diversified companies incorporating extensive property interests, land and sea transport, specialist engineering, manufacturing, marketing, travel companies and an innovative internet business.
With 750 staff and a collective aim to deliver superior customer service throughout the companies a Group Staff Handbook was commissioned by HR for distribution across the group business’s in the UK.
Designed and produced by rhc visual strategy in both print and interactive CD-Rom consisting of 20 sections outlining all company policies and procedures.
